Our commitment doesn’t end with training. PINCC participants are offered multiple supports to help get them through training, get connected to good jobs, and to stay in their job.

• Transportation Assistance: Participants can access MetroCards for the duration of their training and for the first month of employment.

• Financial Counseling: Participants can avail themselves of group and one-on-one financial counseling during training and employment.

• Class D Driver’s Licenses: Participants can get free driving lessons through PINCC to obtain their Class D driver’s license.

• Pre-Employment Job Readiness: Participants receive assistance creating and revising their resume and preparing for job interviews.

• Job Search Assistance: Graduates are connected to employment opportunities by our dedicated team of Employment Liaisons.

• Payment of Pre-Employment Fees: PINCC can cover the cost of fingerprinting, background checks, or other fees associated with employment.
